Murasks are towering, vicious creatures whose presence is impossible to ignore. With a wingspan wide enough to blot out the sun and a call that can freeze even the most seasoned fighter in their tracks, they dominate the skies of this world. Their appearance is often described as part beast, part nightmare; claws sharp as iron and rage filled eyes that catch the light like shattered glass.

But murasks are more than just predators. They are symbols of power, fear and survival. Entire squadrons of the Guard train to keep them at bay, knowing that even one murask slipping past defences can spell disaster for the city below. And yet, despite their ferocity, there’s something awe inspiring about them. A raw, untamed beauty that makes you want to watch… even when you know you should run.

The people of Lasemire whisper about murasks in taverns, share stories of close encounters and argue endlessly about why they're here. Are they part of the natural world, or something far darker, summoned or created for a purpose long forgotten? No one knows for certain. What is certain, however, is that life in Lasemire is lived in the shadow of their wings.
